Pre Course Discussions

Pre Course

• Prior to you attending each module we ask you to meet your line manager to discuss your learning objectives for the event. This will help to ensure you get the most out of the training
• The Focal Point trainer (Tracy Powley) will then call you to discuss the learning objectives with you and answer any questions you may have.

Post Course

•  Each module will end with you completing a personal action plan to take back to your desks to help you put all your learning into practice. Again, we ask you to discuss this with your line manager so that they can support you in putting the actions into place.

•  If you have any questions between the modules, we will be happy to discuss them with you and give you any additional pointers.

• The second module will start with a chance for you to update your colleagues on your action plan, to help you all review your progress and share your experiences.
