- consider how to identify a skills gap
- identify your own learning style and understand how individual learning styles impact on the success of development opportunities
- discuss how to delegate effectively in order to develop skills
- identify the skills and techniques used to coach team members, including GROW questions and establishing coaching and development plans
- identifying the key steps in managing underperformance
- produce a personal action plan
