Pre course Discussions

Prior to you attending each module we ask you to meet your line manager to discuss your learning objectives for the session.

You will draw up a personal action plan during each module to implement in between sessions.

We also suggest you agree a time to debrief with your manager after each module and to go through your action plan with them, so that they can support you in putting the actions into practice.
