Aim
This course is aimed at senior consultants or team leaders who manage resourcers. It looks at the core skills needed to build an effective working relationship with their resourcer and increase their performance as a result.

- identify the key stages in the Work Cycle, including
- setting SMART objectives
- monitoring performance against objectives
- giving feedback on performance
- consider how to develop their resourcer, focussing on using coaching skills
- identify how hands on or hands off to be with your coaching/management style
- look at some practical guidelines for planning and prioritising
- create a personal action plan
