Aim

The aim of this module is to explore how to tighten up control of candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, in order to maximise candidate placement ratios.

  • Look at how to manage unrealistic client expectations
  • Consider how to qualify a candidate’s experience
  • Identify a candidate’s motivation to move
  • Consider how to sell a candidate to a client effectively
  • Discuss how to prepare candidates for a client interview
  • Look at how to debrief candidates and clients post interview
  • Consider how to manage the offer process including….
    • dealing with counter offers
    • helping the candidate through resignation and notice period
  • Practice the above skills

The event will be participative with a variety of training aids used to cater for the differing learning styles likely to be present in the group. To ensure the opportunity to learn is maximised roleplays will be used. Respecting the need for confidentiality delegates are invited to share their experiences in this area and to ask questions at any time.
