Aim
This course is aimed at consultants and resourcers who interview their candidates on a face to face basis. It will give participants a clear structure to follow and look at techniques for drawing out good quality information from the candidate, in order to evaluate their suitability accurately. It will also look at establishing a strong relationship with the candidate to ensure commitment from the word “go”.
