Aim

To provide all participants with the knowledge and skills to be able to manage their time effectively and deal with pressure and stress

Objectives

During the course all participants will have the opportunity to identify…

  • what time management is and the impact it has on everything we do
  • how they manage their time at present
  • how our personal style can impact on our ability to manage our  time effectively
  • how we manage the time of others
  • recognising and communicating priorities to others
  • our own time stealers
  • using our skills to deal with pressure and stress
  • identifying stress management strategies and techniques
  • how to turn good habits into everyday actions
  • an action plan that will suit their own style

The event will be participative with a variety of training aids used to cater for the differing learning styles likely to be present in the group. Respecting the need for confidentiality delegates are invited to share their experiences in this area and to ask questions at any time.
