Tracy is an experienced sales and management trainer.

She started her career in sales in 1986, working for a large business publishing house and managing a team of telephone sales executives. After 3 years she moved to Australia working in a similar role for Australian Consolidated Press. Returning to the UK, she joined a start up recruitment consultancy, specialising in recruiting within the media industry. Her role with Phee Farrer Jones and The Graduate Recruitment Company spanned 6 years, the last two years as a partner in the business.

In order to develop her career in learning and development, she then joined a training consultancy, where she worked with a range of companies from small partnerships to large multi site operations and gained her Certificate in Training Practice through the CIPD.

In 2001 she joined forces with Stella Chandler to launch Focal Point Training.

Her experience combines strong training and facilitation skills with hands on experience of managing and growing a business in a highly competitive market.
