Janet Harvey-MottJanet Harvey-Mott has been providing training, tutoring and consultancy services to Salespeople/Customer Service Providers and Managers since the early nineties, following a successful career in the Recruitment industry.

Janet designs and delivers both public and in-house long-term skills development programmes for those new to sales/customer service, through to those who need to successfully manage a team.

Janet has worked in a customer-facing environment since the late-seventies, working with small privately owned businesses through to major corporations. During her career as a Recruiter, Janet was responsible for new business development, both on the telephone and face to face, key account management and development, negotiating for contract business, locating and launching new offices and business sectors, interviewing, management and development of on-site sales/customer service teams as well as groups of regional teams.

As well as being a freelance Training Consultant, Janet has been a personal tutor for students of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Diploma and Certificate in Recruitment Practice qualifications for the last 12 years. She runs regular workshops for Fast Track, Distance and Evening Class students, marks course work, projects and exam papers whilst also providing support as a Learning Advisor, coaching, guiding and motivating students throughout the whole qualification process.

Janet has found many of her previously acquired skills and experience transferable into other industries, whether HR, call-centre based or field sales staff.  Her enthusiastic and motivational approach inspires confidence and action in all her delegates.
