The aim of this module is to develop managers’ coaching skills in order that they can coach their team members effectively

  • use the GROW coaching framework
  • practise all of the above skills
  • consider how to motivate those being coached
  • consider how to deal with problem situations
  • consider how to plan a coaching session
  • consider how to use a coaching plan

The event will be participative with a variety of training aids used to cater for the differing learning styles likely to be present in the group.  Respecting the need for confidentiality delegates are invited to share their experiences in this area and to ask questions at any time.
